I am writing this entry to enlighten those who are uniformed of the horrors that take place in the Proctor and Gamble laboratories. As many of you may already know; Proctor and Gamble is a huge corporation that makes many products including some cat and dog foods. They perform many inhumane and cruel tests on cats, dogs and other domesticated animals. Last spring this was brought to my attention when there were many protests against this companies complete disregard for life. The protests were throughout the U.S and much of Europe. I am not asking that you give up your favorite products; but just that you take a look around the website below. Be sure to look at the video clips; and if it makes all of you as sick as it does me I think we may all be making more conscious decisions as consumers. Below I have included A URL for you to copy and paste and a list of some of their products. Thanks for taking the time for our fury friends.http://www.iamscruelty.com/

This year I've been busy!
In September I stole paradox666's purse (-30 points). In April I ate my brussel sprouts (1 points). Last Saturday I turned hellojeffy in for farting in church (3 points). In January I bought porn for suspended_song (-10 points). In July I caught a purse-snatcher who stole pendragon93's purse (30 points).
Overall, I've been naughty (-6 points). For Christmas I deserve a moldy sandwich!
Yesterday was my last day at the vet clinic. I'm really going to miss everyone there it was hard saying goodbye. My going away party was fun and much appreciated though. I guess I'm off to bigger and better things anyway. Current Mood: sad
We went to see Voltaire Saturday night. The show was incredible; however we got there at nine and he didn't go on until 2:30. Everything else was pretty boring the opening bands sucked, and there wasn't a lot to do. Anyway it was a really good show and it was worth waiting for. He read some stuff from his new comic coming out soon called, "What is Goth". It will be coming out in september if you're a voltaire fan you should be sure to get yourself a copy. |Twin Cities and the Opera Ghost.
It was so nice to get out of beer city for the weekend. Steve and I left for the twin cities Friday and just got home. It was a lovely weekend. I always feel so uplifted when I visit that city and my aunt. I know that is where I need to be eventually. Anyway on another note We saw Phantom on Saturday. It was a good show but according to my aunt the one in Cali is more inspiring because you understand the play more from the Phantoms Point of view. Although I would love to see it again. Anyone else seen this play? If you had I would love to hear your thoughts on the show. Current Mood: uplifted
|What a day--Wadada!!!!
Today was a very long stressful day and I am very sleepy now. I woke up at seven to get ready for work and met my mama for lunch at Panera around fourish. I took my two dogs and my boyfreind's mothers dogs since I've been working so much I didn't want to leave them alone anymore. Turned out to be a huge mistake. After ordering my food and finding a nice shady spot to enjoy my soup in a bread bowl I rounded up all three dogs. Wadada ( my husky) got spooked and pulled away from me and slipped out of his collar. He ran as fast as he could and headed straight across Layton ave. All I could do was shriek and pray that he made it across, (which he did). I dropped my sandals and purse and headed barefoot across the busy street in tears thinking I would never find him again. Luckily a woman that worked at Jewel saw where he ran and pointed me in the right direction. Some cars stopped that seen him run across the street and some people that where at Panera tried to help also. A very sweet couple in a red sports car spotted him across the field and gave me a ride nearer to him. They offered me some of their food from Panera to offer to him and I yelled car ride and Wadada treat and he came back as quickly as he took off. I'm just glad their where so many helpful people otherwise I'm not sure I would have ever seen my baby boy again. Current Mood: exhausted
